We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator, based just outside of Horsham, to work on a hybrid basis for an award winning, innovative team.
You will be passionate about giving excellent customer service, striving to solve problems, with an interest in all things IT / gaming.
Day to day duties will include:
* Helping customers get the most out of their software and guiding them through any queries they may have.
* Providing high-level customer support via telephone and email.
* Onboarding new customers onto the software.
* Analysing customer needs and helping to plan the product's future.
* Collaborating with other departments in the company where necessary.
* Contributing directly to user guide and support articles.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with a desire to provide customers solutions.
