Morgan McKinley Group Limited ‘refer a friend’ reward programme terms and conditions:

Submitting a referral is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below: 

1. To be eligible for the reward, the Referrer (the person submitting another person’s details for a role) must already be registered with Morgan McKinley. Permanent or temporary operations staff of Morgan McKinley, or its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this rewards programme.
2. The Referee (the person referred by the Referrer for a role) must not already be known to Morgan McKinley or have been previously registered with Morgan McKinley or its affiliates (including its sister brands in Ireland, internationally or with any of the previous brand names that Morgan McKinley has traded under).
3. A Referrer may refer as many people to Morgan McKinley as they choose.
4. In accordance with data protection requirements, the Referrer must obtain the permission of the Referee before submitting their details. The Referrer will indemnify Morgan McKinley for any loss or claim arising out of the Referrer’s failure to gain consent from the Referee. 5. The Referee must be engaged in their new role (either temporary, permanent, or fixed term) for a minimum of two weeks before the Referrer is eligible to submit any claim for a reward.
6. It is the Referrer’s responsibility to contact the relevant Morgan McKinley consultant to claim their reward. The Referrer may elect to choose a £300 gift voucher (choice of John Lewis or Amazon) or £300 donation to a charity of the Referrer’s choice​. Gift vouchers are not cash redeemable.
7. If Morgan McKinley is (for whatever reason) unable to procure the indicated gift voucher, then you will receive a substitute referral gift voucher of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
8. Morgan McKinley is not responsible if a gift certificate or a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
9. Morgan McKinley reserves the right to vary or terminate the scheme at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms, the decision of Morgan McKinley is final.
10. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
