About the speakers...
Michael Barry
Michael Barry is Audit Director responsible for Global Equities and CASS at Citi, and has over 15 years audit experience having previously worked at UBS, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. Michael actively champions diversity and is the co-founder of the Deutsche Bank Ethnic Minority diversity network, DB ENRICH.
Priscilla Lutalo
Priscilla Lutalo is a Managing Director in the Internal Audit department at Credit Suisse and the global Head of Audit for Operations. She has also spent time working in the US, as Head of Internal Audit in Raleigh. She is Co-Chair of the UK BAME Network at Credit Suisse and is actively involved in diversity initiatives, with a focus on demystifying topics like promotability and enabling people to bring their whole selves to work. She is qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Paul Klutse
Paul Klutse is an Audit Director with responsibility for the coverage of EMEA GM Complex Trading Desks (FICC and Equities) within Bank of America. He also heads up the EMEA Anticipatory Audit team that investigates significant internal events as well as performs targeted reviews of areas with emerging risk. He has over 15 years of financial services audit experience from working at Bank of New York, Nomura International Plc, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America. Paul heads the EMEA BOLD (Black Opportunities in Leadership and Development) Group within EMEA Corporate Audit at Bank of America.
