About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Pricing Team Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the business's pricing and commercial terms for tenders and re-signs. Your insights and expertise will ensure the commercial viability of bids while optimising profitability and process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support contract negotiations, renewals, and extensions with data-driven insights.
- Work with data from a warehouse system, HubSpot, and Excel to refine pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations and improve margins.
- Collaborate with Sales, Category, and Implementation teams to optimise sales and profitability.
- Drive process improvements and innovation in pricing strategies, including tenders, price increases, and contract reviews.
- Conduct pricing analyses to provide actionable insights on pricing and profitability.
- Contribute to product strategy, including selection, pricing, and commercial terms.
About You:
- 2+ years in pricing, preferably in FMCG or B2B environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of pricing analytics, with intermediate Excel proficiency.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for problem-solving
