Provide administrative support including managing senior management's daily schedules, arranging virtual and in-person meetings, managing travel logistics and processing expense claims
Organise and prepare presentations and meeting materials
Manage electronic filing and archiving
Provide support on executing virtual and in-person events including presentations, reports, media briefings
Work with the team to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
Requirements
Bachelor degree or diploma in secretarial/ administrative studies
At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles in multinational firms, banking or financial services
Strong organisational skills, communication skills and MS office proficiency
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
