Responsibilities
- Manage company secretarial duties across various regions, including preparing minutes, drafting documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the coordination and execution of board and committee meetings.
- Aid in drafting announcements, reports, and circulars, as well as managing corporate restructuring initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, including compliance with Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) filings.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting team on special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- Qualified member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS).
- Past experience in accoutning/ audit/ professional firm is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in a company secretarial role.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
