    HR Generalist - Foreign Financial Services Firm

    About the job

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including annual renewals, rental reimbursement schemes, and eMPF administration.
    • Support payroll operations, annual tax filing, and year-end compensation reviews.
    • Provide guidance on employee performance processes and coordinate training and wellness programs with global HR.
    • Handle employee offboarding, policy updates, and HRIS maintenance.
    • Assist in HR projects and enhance HR systems and processes.
    • Collaborate with HR teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations) to support various HR initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business disciplines.
    • At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and local labor laws.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin skills are a plus.
