About the job
Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including annual renewals, rental reimbursement schemes, and eMPF administration.
- Support payroll operations, annual tax filing, and year-end compensation reviews.
- Provide guidance on employee performance processes and coordinate training and wellness programs with global HR.
- Handle employee offboarding, policy updates, and HRIS maintenance.
- Assist in HR projects and enhance HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with HR teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations) to support various HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business disciplines.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and local labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin skills are a plus.
