Marketing Communications Specialist - Luxury Retail

Job Description

Communications:

• Oversee PR agencies across markets, track performance, and achieve KPIs aligned with strategy.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and produce reports for stakeholders.

Events:

• Project manage agencies, overseeing all aspects of event management from conception to execution.
• Collaborate with commercial and retail partners to support retail activities.
• Explore local partnership events that align with sponsorships.

Retail Marketing:

• Manage branded promotional items, including inventory tracking and allocation for regional markets.
• Engage retail partners in promotional activities, driving execution and achieving KPI targets.
• Launch and execute integrated 360 activations, coordinating retailer communications and media advertising both online and offline.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities.

Reporting:

• Prepare timely reports on events and retail activities for internal stakeholders to improve KPIs and ROI.
• Compile marketing intelligence, monitor consumer needs, and analyze competitor strategies.
• Present key insights and action plans for future initiatives.
• Control budgets and reconcile event expenses.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
• Solid background in event management and marketing communications, preferably in luxury brands.
• Creative thinker and problem solver, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and a desire to contribute to brand development.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams; knowledge of Adobe is a plus.
• Some overseas travel may be required.
