I recruit for contract Marketing roles at Morgan McKinley across Dublin & Cork. The areas of Marketing that I recruit for are Digital Marketing, Communications, General Marketing, Sustainability, CSR, Content, Copywriting, Brand, Events, Market Research, Graphic Design, Media, eCommerce.

My Advice

My advice would be to gain and understand as much knowledge about the company you are interviewing for. Approach each interview with a positive attitude & an open mind. My top tip is to always ask your interviewer questions at the end of the interview as it shows you have a genuine interest in the role and that you have researched the company.

My Background

I started my career in Morgan McKinley in June 2022 where I worked on the Business Support perm desk recruiting for a variety of Marketing roles. I was given the opportunity to work on the Marketing contract desk, to broaden my skills set working contract roles.

I also graduated from TUD in 2020 with a Master's in Marketing. Therefore, I can bring my knowledge from my masters into my role working on the Marketing desk. I have a professional background working in Marketing, PR, Communications & Sales across the sport & retail sector. My most recent role before starting in Morgan McKinley, was as a Sales & Marketing Executive for a start-up teamwear brand.
