I am Recruitment Consultant on the Marketing and Multilingual desk here at the Morgan McKinley office in Dublin. I specialise in recruiting for positions such as Marketing Assistants, Marketing Executives/Specialists, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Coordinators and Multilingual roles across all industries.

My Advice

My advice to anyone looking for a new role is to take your time. Do some research and try and identify what it is you want from your next role. Make a list of the pros and cons of your current role, this can help you see what you want next.

I think it is also important to be yourself and have a positive attitude, first impressions are everything. I would also recommend having your research done prior to any interview or meeting with a potential employer. Take a look at their company website, Linked In and social media. This shows that you are interested and have taken the time to research.

My Background

I originally started my career in Marketing in the Health Supplement industry. I then undertook a master’s in management Consultancy at Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. After my master’s I then entered the world of recruitment with a specialist tech recruitment agency, doing internal recruitment.

I joined Morgan McKinley in December 2024. I work on the marketing desk as a consultant recruiting for permanent marketing roles in the Dublin and Cork market
