My Advice

My advice to anyone with concerns about the security of a contract is to think about the possibilities that it holds for your long term career. If there isn't an opportunity for the contract to be extended, it could still give you the exposure to new systems or industries which could give you the leading edge in taking your career to the next level. Always think of how the role will add value to you in terms of your CV and your skill set. I would also advise to ask questions, you want to make sure the job is the right fit for you too!

My Background

My previous position as a HR Advisor in the retail sector involved the delivery of training and the attraction of talent to drive the business forward. The experience I gained in my previous role, from commercial awareness to building relationships, has proved to be invaluable in my current role. I have a genuine interest in helping people making their next career move and I am passionate about securing people in their respective fields. I hold a First Class (Hons) Bachelor of Arts Degree from University College Cork, along with CIPD (Chartered Institute Of Personnel Development).
