Specialist Area

My specialist area is permanent Business Analyst roles based in Dublin from junior to senior positions. I work across Financial services, Consulting, Pharma, Life Sciences and Manufacturing to name a few industries.

My Advice

The roles I have can vary from digital transformation, regulatory change, system integration and/or implementations. I work with candidates working as sole contributors or as port of a team and candidates who have experience with 3rd party vendors and/or in house development experience. Depending on the nature of the project my clients can focus on experience with agile or waterfall methodologies however recently there has been a strong emphasis on experience with agile.

My Background

I did an undergraduate in Maynooth University in Business Management were I did a years internship in insurance. I have worked in start up businesses and large MNCs. However  problem solving and providing solutions has always been my interest hence how I came to find myself in recruitment. I have a strong focus on building long term relationships with both my candidates and clients.
