We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, a strategic doer who thrives with a clean slate and can build something from the ground up. This role sits at the heart of their commercial transformation, working across leadership, sales, product, and people teams to shape how they tell their story, engage customers, and bring new
solutions to market.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to execute the commercial business plan and provide strategic marketing insights.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging frameworks, and customer personas to enhance product positioning.
- Create and refine customer-facing materials such as data sheets, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Support product launches with clear internal and external communication plans.
- Partner with sales teams to develop value-driven messaging, case studies, and tools that support field efforts.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, industry trends, and market shifts to inform strategy and maintain a strong market position.
- Shape and evolve the company's brand voice across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage a focused social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram, to engage customers and elevate brand awareness.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to showcase company culture, support recruitment, and enhance employee engagement.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, sales support, and overall market presence.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or communications-preferably in chemicals, agriculture, water treatment, food science, or similar industries.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach-comfortable building structure, strategy, and marketing assets from the ground up.
- A strong track record in developing product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Outstanding communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels, from executives to wider teams.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills-capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working with technical or industrial products is an advantage.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as LinkedIn, Canva, and PowerPoint to enhance marketing communications is beneficial.
