This is a full time permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review supplier invoices
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and contractors
- Maintain and update customer and supplier records
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Working closely with Procurement to resolve queries
- Manage customer invoices and ensure timely collection
- Track overdue accounts and follow up with customers as necessary
- Process customer payments and update accounts accordingly
- Credit management
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and databases
- Prepare of financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Assist with financial audits and compliance-related tasks
- Processing & Recording Company Expenses
- Revenue Returns
- Payroll administration
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software, SAP knowledge desirable.
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of business management processes and financial reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
- Knowledge of tax compliance
- Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable
- Adaptable with a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
