Our cleint is looking for a skilled Application Support Lead. In this role, you will ensure application reliability, handle incident and problem management, and oversee access control procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams to optimize performance and create insightful dashboards for tracking key metrics.
Please note this is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a streamlined operational support process from initiation to resolution.
Lead the management of incidents and problems, ensuring swift identification, investigation, and resolution.
Oversee access management protocols, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
Coordinate change management activities to support smooth application updates and new feature rollouts.
Collaborate with development teams to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and optimize system performance.
Create and manage a dashboard, leveraging tools like ServiceNow, to monitor real-time application performance, incidents, and system changes.
Skills:
Familiarity with system monitoring and log analysis to detect irregularities.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving application performance and infrastructure challenges.
