Our client is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with well-developed process improvement, workflow, and documentation skills. Ideally, they would like to see experience working in a regulated environment or with GRC related teams.
Role Summary
This role focuses on mapping, evaluating, and improving the end-to-end processes related to handling sensitive data requests from external agencies. The analyst will work cross-functionally to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within a regulated operational environment.
Responsibilities
* Map the full lifecycle of external data requests, including intake, validation, triage, review, approval, production, and record retention.
* Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and compliance risks across current workflows.
* Recommend process improvements involving automation, smarter triage logic, and stronger internal controls to reduce manual workload and mitigate compliance issues.
* Design scalable, standardized processes that support accuracy, timely response, and legal compliance.
* Collaborate with legal, privacy, and other stakeholders to interpret evolving regulatory requirements and translate them into system or workflow updates.
* Monitor data quality, audit-trail integrity, and system access controls.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Extremely detail-oriented with strong organisational, documentation, and project-management skills.
* Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data; advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel and Tableau.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.
* Self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities, and capable of functioning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
