About the Role:
Join a dynamic and supportive team in a busy, fast-paced office environment. This temporary position offers rolling 3 month contracts with plenty of room to shine.
Your Day-to-Day Includes:
- Managing busy inboxes and processing new applications
- Coordinating with Assessment Officers and sending screening forms
- Posting referral letters and maintaining files/documents
- Updating Excel trackers and internal databases
- Supporting accounts with invoices and ad-hoc duties
- Monitoring office phones and managing diaries
- Organizing meetings and ensuring smooth office operations
What You Bring:
- Proven office experience (essential)
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Coordination and time management skills
- Experience in a clinical/clerical setting is a bonus!
