Morgan McKinley are currently seeking a Database Administrator to support the pharmaceutical sector. This role is a 3 month temporary opportunity with the potential to extend longer.
**This role will be based on site in Cork City Suburbs**
**Salary €22 per hour**
The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional database management experience along with coordination/multi-tasking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role will involve working to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The clerical support would be responsible for the following:
- Maintain database with meticulous attention to detail
- Liaise with shipping on orders
- Notify staff of date, time and place of training & assessments
- Co-ordinate and file all required documentation
- Dealing with emails and phone queries
- Liaising with the Director of Operations, Internal sales team and supply chain.
- Generating Reports
- Other administration support as required
Skills:
- Possess a high level of organisational and administration skills
- Have an organised and methodical approach to work
- Ability to work in a team or on one's own
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including email, word, MS Office and Excel
- Flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise tasks
- Experience of problem solving and decision making
- 5 years experience in an administrative role
