Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will have a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience in a customer facing role is required!
Location: Dublin 4
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Answering calls from the switchboard and dealing with accordingly
- Welcome and registration of all visitors
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Providing refreshments for meetings and visitors
- Look after post and arrange couriers
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Assist with company inhouse events
- Opportunity to support different teams while gaining experience - Marketing, HR, Facilities, Sales, Wellbeing,
What is required?
- Previous experience in a front facing/customer service environment
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking, time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
