A leading player in the pharmaceutical industry based in Cork are seeking a meticulous and organized Training Administrator to support our training department in delivering exceptional H&S learning and certification experience for all employees. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a salary of €45,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees within the company.
- Maintain training records, including attendance, certifications, and training completion statuses.
- Liaise with external training providers to ensure seamless delivery of training courses.
- Support the development and implementation of training materials.
- Track and report on training metrics to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with organizing training events, seminars, and workshops.
- Manage training budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and optimize training schedules.
- Maintain a positive, proactive approach to support the learning and development goals of the organization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a training administration or similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training software is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory training requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
