I am working with a wonderful company in Midleton to help recruit an office administrator to join their busy team.

Permanent role - Fully onsite in Midleton

What will the role entail?

• Answering incoming calls from customers when ordering fuel
• Managing group of accounts
• processing invoices
• Dealing with providers and ensuring they are all set up efficiently
• Adhoc Admin
• Health and safety admin

What do you need to have?

• Experience in an office admin role is necessary
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
