We are looking for a dynamic and driven Credit Controller to join a fast-paced team, managing key customer accounts within a defined region. What You'll Do:
- Oversee the daily credit and collection activities for your assigned customer accounts
- Achieve monthly collection targets while keeping aged receivables in check
- Partner closely with the Customer Service team to swiftly resolve any customer queries
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
- Handle order releases in line with company policies
- Ensure customers adhere to agreed credit terms, maintaining a seamless process
- Build positive relationships with internal departments
What We're Looking For:
- At least 18 months of experience in a credit control environment
- A Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English and a second European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.) desirable but not essential
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills to identify and solve problems
- A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively
- Sound financial and commercial awareness
- A relationship-building mindset, with the ability to engage and work effectively with both internal teams and external customers
