As part of a global medical information team, you'll deliver accurate, high-quality medical and pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and partners across Europe.
You'll act as a trusted bridge between customers and internal medical teams - ensuring every enquiry is met with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. If you're passionate about patient care, this is where your skills can shine.

Your Day-to-Day
- Respond to medical and pharmaceutical information enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and customers via phone, email, and virtual channels.
- Provide accurate, balanced, and compliant information in line with medical and regulatory standards.
- Record all interactions carefully, including any product complaints or adverse events, ensuring full compliance.
- Collaborate with medical experts to resolve complex queries quickly and accurately.
- Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
- Help maintain and update the medical knowledge database to ensure the latest, compliant information is available.
What you need to succeed;
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A structured, empathetic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong time management and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Experience in medical information, pharmacovigilance, customer service, or healthcare is an advantahe
