Grade 4 Clerical Officer

Are you an experienced medical administrator living in Cork? Are you open to an initial two month temporary contract? If so, this could be the role for you.

I am currently working with one of Corks well known healthcare organisations to recruit a grade 4 administrator to join their busy team.

Located in Cork City

Hourly rate: €19.30 per hour

The role will involve:

• Phone and Emailing patients
• High level diary management
• Referrals
• Knowledge of waitlists process, previous experience in this department is highly desirable
• Adhering to SOPS daily
• Excellent IT skills and system savvy

What do you need to have?

• IPMS systems experience is highly desirable
• Availability to start work with maximum 2 weeks notice
• Ability to work well under pressure and to multitask
