Grade III Clerical Officer - Northside of Cork City

I am delighted to be supporting a vital service in Cork on their immediate requirement for a Grade IIII Clerical Officer on an initial 3 month basis.

This person will be a vital part of the smooth running of a busy service.

Location: Northside of Cork City

Working week: 35 hours, Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm

Hourly rate: €16.32

Your role will include;

• Managing and organising patient files and medical documents
• Providing administrative support to healthcare professionals
• Assisting with data entry, patient record maintenance, and filing
• Handling incoming calls and correspondence, including patient enquiries
• Scheduling appointments and managing clinic calendars
• Interacting with patients and the public in a compassionate and professional manner
