A great opportunity for a senior HR professional with extensive HR Project experience to join a leading global organization based in Cork. This newly created position will report directly to the HR Director.
The primary purpose of the role will be to drive continuous improvement across all HR processes in Europe.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Leading and implementing HR best practices across all areas of the organization.
- Ensure all HR Operations operate efficiently, making required interventions where necessary.
- Ensure HR databases are fully optimized, providing training where required in order to make employees self-sufficient with HR-related queries.
- Lead all HR related projects, in order to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the organization.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with relevant local legislation.
Experience required:
- Third level degree qualified(Business/HR), with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent experience driving continuous improvement in HR projects across multiple geographies required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
