Our client, a growing organisation within the construction and residential development sector, is seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive to join their team in Cork.
This is a newly created role driven by continued growth and offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to help shape and elevate an established brand. Working directly with senior leadership, the successful candidate will have significant scope to introduce new ideas, enhance the company's digital presence, and support the sales function across multiple live developments.
The business has built a strong reputation within the market and is now looking for someone who can take its marketing activity to the next level, particularly across social media, website development, brand awareness and customer engagement.
The Opportunity
This role combines marketing, brand development and sales administration, with a particular focus on:
- Growing and enhancing the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Developing creative campaigns that help the business stand out in a competitive market.
- Driving engagement, brand awareness and audience growth.
- Leading the refresh and ongoing development of the company website and digital presence, as well as brochures and physical collateral.
- Supporting residential development launches and sales campaigns.
- Producing sales and marketing reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Coordinating with solicitors, agents and internal teams throughout the sales process.
- Monitoring competitor activity and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative and commercially minded, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and challenge traditional approaches.
Key attributes include:
- 2-3 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels i.e Meta, TikTok etc.
- Experience creating engaging content and building online audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in written communication and presentation.
- Strong organisational and administration skills across Marketing and Sales.
- Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyse performance data and produce clear reports.
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in helping grow a brand.
Industry experience is not essential. The client is open to candidates from a range of sectors, provided they can demonstrate strong marketing capability, creativity and a willingness to learn.
