Retail Operations Manager
Location: Coolagown, Fermoy
Our company is a leading agricultural supplier in the Munster region. Over the years, we have diversified and expanded our business and now offer a broad range of agricultural and hardware products across five retail stores.
We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to be based in our Coolagown, Fermoy location. This is a senior leadership role within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong working relationships with staff and customers, identifying sales opportunities, and taking full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management and operation of the Coolagown retail store

Leadership, support, and development of other store managers

Purchasing and procurement of all hardware stock for retail stores

Inventory management and stock control across the business

Analysis of sales performance and reporting

Staff management, including recruitment, training, and development

Planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities

Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and legal requirements
Experience & Skills Required

Proven experience in a similar retail or operations management role

Strong product and retail knowledge (essential)

Demonstrated leadership and team development capability

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills

Strong organisational and commercial awareness
