Senior Administrator - Multinational setting

We're partnering with a leading global company in search of a highly organised Senior Administrator to support compliance associated with their international conferences. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone experienced in process management and compliance who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

As part of a collaborative European team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant engagements while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Contract: 12 months with strong possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to expert for all queries from internal teams and external providers.
• Coordinate and execute HCP contracting, ensuring SLAs and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor operational dashboards to ensure timely processing and distribution across the team.
• Ensure full compliance with Anti-Corruption and Transparency reporting requirements.
• Support data accuracy and resolve queries
• Analyse KPIs and share insights with stakeholders to support performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
• Contribute to process improvements, training sessions, and global/regional projects.
• Provide cross-market support, with flexibility to cover other regions depending on language capabilities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in compliance or shared services operations within a corporate or regulated environment.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Process-driven, detail-oriented and confident working across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.
