As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be commercially minded, sales savvy and enjoy working with clients. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a Business Analyst with exceptional stakeholder management experience.
Accountabilities and Duties:
- Managing the transition of multiple software upgrades.
- Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- Deliver new requirements to clients.
- Consult with clients on best practices and process improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day tasks of the development team.
- Run scrum ceremonies.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with multiple clients and have the ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients.
- Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities.
- Gather detailed requirements and conduct multiple demonstrations of the application.
- Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback.
- Work with stakeholders and the team to investigate operational issues, problems, and opportunities.
- Identify appropriate, effective, and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process.
- Define the scope, priorities, and benefits with stakeholders.
- Document business requirements.
- Define user acceptance tests.

- Previous Business Analysis or Project Management experience.
