The Role
As a Senior Delphi Engineer, you will own and architect solutions, drawing on your full-stack experience to design and implement effective systems. You will provide technical leadership, support problem resolution, and drive agile development by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery. Proactively identifying and resolving issues, you will take accountability for system reliability and performance. Additionally, you will mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement technical solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and L2 & L3 support problem resolution.
- Champion agile methodologies and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Take ownership of incident management and system reliability.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching and performance reviews.
Experience Required
- 6+ years of commercial experience as a Delphi Engineer.
- A Solid understanding of C# as a programming language.
- Strong proficiency in Delphi 5, including OOP, design patterns, and UI/UX principles.
- Experience developing desktop, client-server, and multi-tier applications.
- Familiarity with Delphi versions (XE2-11.0) and frameworks like VCL and FireMonkey.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and version control tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
