Role: Senior Strategic Account Manager
Location: Dublin Or Cork
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead client engagement and drive growth within the Data Center sector in Ireland. In this role, you'll focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and industry leaders, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a primary representative of our company in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing and new clients, contributing to company growth targets.
- Stay informed on trends and challenges in the Data Center sector. Collaborate closely with internal teams (commercial, technical support, design) to deliver timely, effective solutions to client needs.
- Work alongside field-based sales teams, supporting projects and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, expanding our network and forging new connections to generate future opportunities.
