Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ad Manager Apps Monetisation Specialist to join our team for a 10-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key components of partner projects within broader initiatives, while supporting business development and partner management efforts. You will play a critical role in negotiating agreements, creating and implementing effective business strategies, and driving impactful outcomes for our partners in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Leadership & Partner Management:
Manage partner engagement by tracking key business metrics, providing insights, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. You will be the primary contact for a list of partners and be responsible for ensuring smooth communication and integration of partner needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, engineering, legal, and other teams to refine and execute go-to-market strategies. Contribute to cross-team initiatives and build strategic relationships within the organisation and externally with key partners.
- Deal Execution:
Lead end-to-end partner experiences, including negotiating and finalising contracts, executing account plans, pitching, resolving issues, and advocating for partner needs with minimal guidance.
- Product & Partnership Strategy:
Develop and implement partner strategies, including prospecting new opportunities, conducting industry research, and collaborating with teams on product strategy to support business growth.

- Consultative Skills:
Ability to understand stakeholder needs through direct dialogue and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Contract Knowledge:
Proficient in interpreting legal documents and collaborating with legal teams to draft contract language that meets business objectives.
- Negotiation & Objection Handling:
Expertise in navigating sales processes and using persuasive techniques to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Data-Driven Analysis:
Skilled at using both technical and financial data to showcase the value of products and solutions to clients, creating a competitive advantage.
- Industry & Market Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends to support effective strategy development.
- Project/Program Management:
Proven experience managing complex projects, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver on objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, influencing key decision-makers to drive business success.
