About the Role
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a dynamic role with flexibility? We're recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join a fantastic finance team based in Dublin 12. This is a hybrid role offering the perfect blend of remote work with one collaborative day in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update multiple databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data integrity.
- Reconcile marketing budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Process and pay invoices efficiently, adhering to company policies and deadlines.
- Set up new suppliers, conduct vendor screening, and manage supplier documentation.
- Provide administrative support for RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and contract management.
- Assist with general finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
