    Part-Time Medical Receptionist

    Location: Dublin 4

    Pay Rate: €16 p/h

    Working hours: 1:30pm - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Fully Onsite)

They value a positive and efficient patient experience and are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join their team as a Part-Time Medical Receptionist.

    As a Part-Time Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the front desk, contributing to a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet patients and visitors upon arrival, providing a friendly and efficient check-in process.
    • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, effectively scheduling and confirming appointments.
    • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all personal information is up-to-date and handled with strict confidentiality.
    • Handle patient inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate healthcare professional or department.
    • Process patient payments, manage billing information, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients.

    Skills:

    • Previous experience as a Receptionist ideally in a Medical Practice
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    • A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
