Role: Administration Assistant
Duration: Immediate Start | Temporary position with potential for permanency
Salary: €30000-€32000
Location: Dublin South - Dublin 4
Key Responsibilities:
- Update the outstanding payments sheet weekly, marking off received payments and following up on those still outstanding.
- Handle incoming supplier invoices, ensuring all necessary information is obtained.
- Process monthly invoices and oversee the entire payment process.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Key Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills are essential, particularly with technical functions.
- Available for an immediate start.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative processes with accuracy.
- Confident in using MS Office and other relevant software.
