This role requires 4 days on site per week. You must have experience in corporate banking/capital markets to be considered.
Responsibilities:
Find and secure new clients; refer potential clients to other teams when needed.
Meet revenue and growth targets.
Manage transactions from start to finish - including sourcing deals, credit analysis, approvals, and post-loan follow-up.
Review commercial and credit opportunities through financial analysis, due diligence, and stress testing.
Help prepare credit applications for internal approval.
Join meetings and calls with clients and partners for due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
Monitor client portfolios by reviewing financial reports, performance, and market trends.
Support a high-performance, customer-focused, and compliant culture.
Manage the loan portfolio to ensure risk and compliance standards are maintained.
Perform other duties as assigned and follow all bank and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Minimum 5 years' corporate banking experience at an international bank - ESSENTIAL
Proactive, organised, and professional.
Knowledge of corporate banking processes; sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Financial, credit analysis, negotiation, and risk management abilities.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
