Job Title: Data Labelling Analyst (Contract Role)

Summary:
My client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Data Labelling Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing data labels and ensuring they comply with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Your contributions will support data management systems and operational processes, helping to drive informed product decisions. This position requires the ability to work independently, analyse large data sets, and maintain a high standard of quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify data labels to meet regulatory and legal requirements.
- Maintain essential records such as batch records, room logs, product travellers, and inventory logs.
- Label and analyse large datasets to provide insights that inform product decisions.
- Assess and ensure the quality of the data.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to identify trends and patterns within large datasets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Capable of quickly learning complex policies and concepts.
- Ability to take broad direction and work without step-by-step instructions.
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and identifying improvements in processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high-quality output.
- At least 2+ years of experience in an analytical or similar role.
- Proven ability to communicate issues and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in developing and improving operational systems and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
