An amazing opportunity has become available for a Digital Marketing Manager to work for a global tech firm. This is an initial 12 month contract to cover maternity leave, with the view to extension. It is important to have a good understanding of events, as you will work closely with the wider events team.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will play a key role in scaling the Partnerships & Brand Activations program by developing and executing a global event acquisition strategy to build brand awareness and drive pipeline growth.
Successful candidates will be relationship-driven, self-motivated, strategic thinkers who are comfortable balancing many moving pieces. They must be able to see the big picture, synthesize ideas, define frameworks, solve problems, and implement solutions-all while adapting to the evolving needs of the marketing teams. Candidates should have experience in marketing or project management, ideally with exposure to global event programming or marketing operations. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is solution-oriented when addressing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of event marketing campaigns, including webpage development, email creation, audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as design, content/localization, email Operations, lifecycle and social media to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Track campaign timelines, maintain documentation, and proactively flag potential risks or blockers.
- Manage tracking, attribution, and automation processes while supporting post-event reporting and analysis.
- Oversee daily registration and dashboard updates, cancellations, and email alias management for events.
- Provide support for sales enablement, including maintaining client invite lists, updating toolkits, and managing Slack communications.
- Execute on the global event acquisition strategy tailored to each program and audience, driving pipeline growth and expanding the firm's marketable database.
- Engineer tests and leverage findings to optimize current campaigns and channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly, assessing event, program, and annual impact.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, collaborating with team members to identify opportunities for optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in event marketing, marketing operations, or related areas with knowledge of live event production preferably at a large company or agency.
- Experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple regions, including Europe, and working in the localization of multiple languages.
- Strong knowledge of marketing operations, including email campaigns, database management, and digital marketing.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with software such as Asana, Jira, and Wordpress. Experience with Google Analytics and Tableau is a bonus
- Strong business and analytical skills-able to break down problems and make data-driven decisions based on both qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics.
- Experience leading cross-functional and interdepartmental projects, ensuring alignment and execution.
- Experience working with sales teams is a plus, particularly in sales enablement, supporting outreach and lead management.
Travel - potentially 20% globally (seasonal)
