This role is hybrid and based primarily in the Dublin South office, but will involve some bi monthly travel across Europe, so successful candidates will be happy to travel
Key Duties:
- Oversee the CEO's calendar, organize appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day scheduling.
- Arrange and manage detailed travel itineraries across Europe.
- Serve as the primary contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders; manage communications, emails, and phone interactions.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas, take notes, and track action points for follow-up.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of special projects and business initiatives.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential documents and filing systems.
- Organise corporate events, executive retreats, and conferences.
- Perform research and compile reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience in a related position or solid administrative background.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and spoken communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
