A global insurance broker is looking to hire an Employee Benefits Consultant as they continue to grow their team in Dublin. The company has offices worldwide and provides insurance and financial advice to a range of clients, and they are looking at growing the Irish base out long term with a keen focus on the Dublin office. It's a Hybrid and flexible working set up, and they offer a great benefit package, good pension and annual leave, as well as a performance-based bonus and several other perks.

So, for the successful Employee Benefits Consultant you will be joining a company where you will be able to think commercially and have your place at the table and voice your opinion.
It's a growing business so theirs strong opportunities to progress long term, and you will get to own your own portfolio of clients and work off your own initiative. A big part of the role is getting in front of clients and building and managing client relationships. They are open to people coming from a Pension Administration background that are dealing with clients and maybe only have some knowledge of Employee Benefits. It's a way to move into that space and learn about the benefits side.
Job Requirements:
* QFA Qualification
* Experience dealing directly with clients
* Knowledge of Employee Benefits
* Previous experience in Pension or Risk Administration
Role and Responsibilities:
* Understand clients benefit requirements and advise on services
* Prepare risk specifications and manage scheme accounting
* Daily servicing to support retention and development of the business
* Review service disruption/dissatisfaction and implement appropriate actions with carriers to resolve
* Support development of insurer relationships
This role would be ideal for someone looking to take that next step towards consulting clients and managing client relationships long term. If you have good knowledge of Pensions and Risk, and have some knowledge of employee benefits or maybe just a strong Pension Administration background dealing with clients then this role could be your way into the benefits side long term.
