ETF Group Product Manager
A Leading Fund Services Organisation is looking for a Senior Leader to be their main ETF SME internally with the group and externally to the market. Our client is a very established group with an excellent presence in the ETF Market and growing Market Share. You will join an established ETF Team (Operations, Relationship Management and Product) and as you grow the ETF Sector for this client you will feel very supported by excellent expertise inhouse. You will work closely with a very established Sales Team with very established relationships and in this role you will work in partnership to make known the excellent offering this client has in the ETF areana. In addition you will be able to work internally with key stakeholders to enhance current ETF offering and products for the market.
Your tasks in this role;
- Analysis of regulatory watch information and competitive intelligence
- Innovation efforts
- Development and improvement of the product offer
- Marketing assistance
- Identifying opportunities to change existing products or to create new products
- Propose new products or major changes to existing products
- Contribute to the new product development phase
- Write product documentation aimed at clients
- Design and updates the marketing kit which contains, at a minimum, the Product documentation, standard pricing structure and a sample contract
- Train and support the sales teams
- Produce and make available all the resources necessary to market an offer and, as needed, participate in client meetings to give an expert point of view on the products

Excellent customer acumen - in this role you must be able to explain the product/service to the customer, as well as how it works, its impact(s), benefits and restrictions. Comply with new requirements, notably in terms of Know Your Customer, listening, transparency in relation to the products and costs, prior to drawing up any agreements, establishing a quality relationship with the customer. Stay continually aware of factors that could influence the selection of a product for a customer.
