A Dublin-based company is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their Critical Utilities team. The role will focus on HVAC systems, support utility operations, and assist with major capital projects. The engineer will also manage service provider relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Optimise HVAC system performance, develop maintenance plans, and conduct risk assessments.
- Ensure reliable operations by maintaining high maintenance standards and promoting Reliability Excellence.
- Review vendor documents, manage Work Orders in CMMS, and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
- Oversee service delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EPA licences and cGMP.
- Provide technical input during project development and participate in audits.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science, with at least 6 years of experience.
- Experience with utility systems in biopharmaceutical manufacturing is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Automatic Fault Detection Systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of GMP, maintenance systems, and industry regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and committed to safety and company standards.
