Group Financial Accountant
Morgan McKinley is delighted to be partnering with our client, a high-growth international Telecommunications business, in the appointment of a Group Financial Accountant to join its expanding Finance team.
We're seeking a qualified accountant with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset. This hands-on Group Financial Accountant role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple business functions while playing a key role in the continued development and offers broad exposure across group reporting, audit, compliance, tax, business partnering, and process improvement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ownership of month-end close and group financial reporting activities
* Management reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
* Supporting statutory reporting and international tax compliance requirements
* Acting as a key contact for internal and external audits
* Driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Partnering cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams
The successful candidate will be:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
* Technically strong with solid commercial awareness
* Experienced in financial reporting, audit, or group finance environments
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
* A confident communicator with a collaborative approach
