Responsibilities:
- Preparation of consolidated group management reports to provide an accurate view of the financial performance of the group.
- Integrate acquired companies into Group Reporting function, aligning accounting policy, GAAP differences between local GAAP and IFRS and reporting processes and timelines.
- Work with internal teams to prepare acquisition accounting; financial statements and audit support documentation to ensure smooth close of year end audits.
- Implement and maintain the highest standards in data management and data automation to drive improved performance reporting across a complex and growing group.
- Assist in the design of scalable financial reporting processes to allow Group Finance to grow with the business.
- Providing insight and analysis to key stakeholders within the business, Management, and external Investors.
- Focus on continuous improvement of finance workflows via the use of existing and new technology solutions.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant with 7+ years PQE
- Working knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation experience
- Experience of post-merger integration of acquired entities
- Experience working with Power BI
- Ability to work with colleagues across various Geographical locations
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders
