Home Insurance - Client Advisor

Our client, one of Ireland's largest Financial Services Brokers, are lookingto hire a Home Insurance Client Advisor to their growing team based in Dublin City Centre.

The primary responsibility of this role is to service existing household insurance customers handling incoming customer calls, processing policy changes and renewals. The ideal candidate must hold an APA qualification and ideally have 2 years experience working in personal insurance.

The successful candidate will be permitted to work 3 days from home after the initial training in period and be provided with a fantastic opportunity to grow within the business.

Location: Dublin City Centre - Hybrid Working Model

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and emails
• Processing client renewals and adjusments
• Generating leads from existing customers
• Providing adhoc assistance to other colleagues as requirement

Key Requirements;

• 2+ years personal lines experience.
• APA qualification required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to organisational challenges.
• Demonstrate empathy, understanding and patience.
• Good organisational, planning and execution skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
