Job Title: HR Administrator (Short-Term Contract)
Location: Dublin City Centre (on Site)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR team on a short-term basis. The primary focus of this role will be data entry and working with our HR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks related to employee records, recruitment, and other HR processes in our HR system.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a related role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with data entry tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
