A unique opportunity for an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner to lead a high-performing HR team in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will drive recruitment, employee relations, and operational HR excellence while supporting organisation-wide strategic initiatives.

Role Overview
As HR Operations Manager, you will oversee Recruitment, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations teams to deliver efficient HR services that enhance employee experience and support organisational goals. Collaborating with department leaders, you'll play a critical role in fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead change projects. Support the HR Director in strategic planning and compliance.
- HR Operations: Oversee recruitment, payroll coordination, and performance management processes. Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Employee Relations & Support: Lead HR Business Partnering efforts, provide guidance on employee relations, and manage service recognition programs.
- Leadership & Team Management: Mentor and develop the HR Operations team, creating a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in HR or related field; CIPD membership preferred.
- Extensive experience in senior HR roles within high-volume, multi-shift environments.
- Strong background in employment law, employee relations, and HR systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; demonstrated ability to lead a team.
