Job Title: HR Specialist
Location: South Dublin (Hybrid, Flexible Working Policy)
The role:
This role is a HR Specialist role for a Global organisation where you will focus growing on Learning and Development across the business while also fostering a great employee experience and Diversity and Inclusion aligning with the businesses' goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's L&D initiatives, ensuring all staff complete their annual mandatory training hours in an engaging and motivating manner.
- Support an ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and contributing to our diversity initiatives.
- Collaborate on ESG projects, contributing to Darta's sustainability goals.
- Organise and manage company social events that enhance team collaboration and company culture.
- Main point of contact for Health and Safety
- Compliance checks: CF/PCF onboarding and offboarding
- Focus on enhancing the overall employee experience, ensuring staff feel supported throughout their career
- Provide administrative support within the HR department to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Survey Management: Assist with surveys, including the Great Place to Work survey, to monitor and improve workplace satisfaction.
What you need:
- A passionate, engaging individual who understands the importance of
- creating a positive employee experience.
- Knowledge of HR laws and responsibilities.
- CIPD accreditation preferrable
- A proactive mindset with experience in Learning & Development and D& I
- Ability to manage data and track trends in employee experience and
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Presentation skills and comfortable delivering training and workshops.
