Excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller & Reporting Manager to join a leading international renewable energy company in Dublin City Centre on an interim 15-month contract, with potential for permanency.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Lead, supporting the implementation of the organisation's strategy and managing financial and accounting functions across the business. They will provide timely insights to inform both operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely delivery of reports.
- Lead and manage the financial reporting function, including statutory reporting, Board-level management reporting, treasury operations, compliance coordination, and financial control.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth, enhance financial processes, and improve overall performance, stepping in for the Finance Lead when required.
- Prepare finance reports for key meetings and committees.
- Manage critical deliverables during due diligence processes related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Contribute to expansion into new markets by building processes and developing relationships.
- Drive initiatives to enhance financial processes, improving team efficiency and output quality.
- Oversee financial operations, including the external audit process across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA) with approximately 8+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience managing the consolidation of financial statements across group entities.
- Proven ability to effectively present financial results and insights to senior leadership or Board members.
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly with Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Highly analytical with a strategic mindset, coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience managing and mentoring team members is advantageous.
- While not essential, prior experience in the renewable energy sector would be beneficial.
